  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
