- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
