Soft and chewy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies with warm spices and melty chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Dissolve baking soda in milk and add to pumpkin mixture.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  • Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring.
