  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  5. While roasting, mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan.
