- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in salted caramel sauce and white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
