  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 4 small rolls or buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage links in a skillet until browned.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet with sausage and scramble until cooked.
  5. Split rolls in half and fill with sausage, eggs, and cheese.
