- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
