A quick and flavorful sesame beef stir-fry made with ground beef and Asian-inspired ingredients.

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
