- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
