A simple and delicious one-pan meal with sausage and roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place sausage and vegetables on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Serve hot.
