- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2-3 tbsp water (as needed)
- Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
