  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the sliced sausage, peppers, and onion with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
