- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and carrots. Drain excess fat.
