- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
