1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Stir in diced bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
