Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in kale and cook until wilted.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
