Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, mix oats, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and chopped strawberries.
  3. Add cream cheese in small pieces and gently mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir well before serving and top with extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
