A simple and flavorful turkey curry recipe perfect for using leftover turkey.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
