Instructions

  3. Cream the vegan butter and sugars together until smooth.
  4. Add the flax egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
